Only 15 Minutes?

15 is so short! I would like to think my 15 minutes would happen running into him in a bar by chance and I would just start buying him shots of whiskey. We would do our shots and I would just chat with him like I would any of my friends in a bar. I would try and let him know that there are many, many, many fans who truly like him for him and not just the fact that he plays Edward--I think he still doesn't get this. I see him exchanging cell phone numbers with me because I am so freakin' cool and no threat (because, well, I am a married 38 year old mother of two) and he would want to hang out again and go shot for shot. We would be BFFs. Ha!

Darn.. you guys are tame... my ideal 15 minutes wouldn't go ANYTHING like that...

For me keeping the fantasy somewhat set in reality makes it just a little more believable that it could actually play out that way someday. Ha! I am a total freakshow.

Hey- whatever makes the justification easier in your mind... I do the same thing (in other areas- the 15 minutes is PURE fantasy), and I dare say that's the truth for the majority of us!

I would have to say that I would want my 15 minutes to be something that couldn't even be written on this snarky forum! I am getting a bit hawt just typing that!

Well, when you put it that way ladies, 15 minutes would most definitely not be enough time...for me anyhow.

Like I said on the Twilight moms Facebook page, I would probably faint first. However, maybe I wouldn't, but my face would feel like it was on fire and I would be nervous. Now, if I could get past that, I would tell him he did the best job ever of bringing Edward Cullen to life, then I would tell him to please stay modest and be a real person and not let celebrity go to his head. Don't get me wrong I adore the man, he's a baby doll, ahh, so beautiful. I would have to fight the temptation to play with that beautiful sex hair of his, and fight the temptaion of other things, too. But 15 minutes, uggh, it's just not enough. I would be a lady in the long run, and try to keep my composure.

You're a better woman than I.... If I could tear my way past dh, screaming kids and the dogs, he'd better watch out. That sex hair is simply too tempting for me NOT to run my fingers through. Seriously.

Sheesh, am I always in a mood when I'm in this forum, or what? I SWEAR I'm not a sex-crazed cougar in real life! I'm totally normal, happily married with three darling kids (usually-lately they're driving me bonkers.)

But I posted an interview with Rob today that talks about a game Rob used to play with donuts and his sisters- trying to keep jam off of his lips and he couldn't do it or something....

I don't even really remember the interview because I slipped into daydream mode of licking jam off of Rob's lips, then the blasted Danger Magnet started talking donut talk on Twitter...

So, in a nutshell, my fifteen minutes with Rob would involve a dirty martini and a bunch of powdered donuts because martinis + powdered donuts + a hawt British boy = fifteen minutes full of fancy. Yum.

Hee! Hee! PB you are killing me. Love the dirty martini and powdered donut reference. Dirty martinis are my favorite drink. I always order mine "slutty dirty"--hee! At my local lounge they bring me my own miniature pitcher of olive juice so I can make it as dirty as I want. I can picture Rob in this lounge....with the donuts, the martinis, etc. You are a naughty, naughty girl.

Well, truth be told, I'd actually order a midori sour in the bar. He'd probably order a Heinekin anyhow.

But he is a Coke addict, so maybe if I just bring a bottle of Malibu rum as the mixer, we can get straight to business with our 15 minutes.

I'm just saying.

All this has made me do some thinking. You know how everyone wants that 15 minutes of fame? Some may get longer, but I know what I want for mine now Curious?

Ok Jenny, but it's just this. Realistically speaking, I'm afraid this is never gonna happen. but I would love to meet Rob, get my picture taken with him and get one amazing hug like a fan I saw get in a video. Then I could die happy. A peck wouldn't hurt, either. on the cheek.

That would be so awesome Suzanne, but my fear is that I would totally spaz and turn into one of those "crazy" Twilight moms!! I have a reputation to uphold as a FB Twi-Mom! So, in reality, I really need to keep Rob as a fantasy and never meet him because he would be trying to get away from me once he saw the crazed look in my eyes!
